Can I change the surface of my bowling ball?
Yes, you can change the surface of your bowling ball as often as you would like. We suggest Abralon pads or Scotch Brite pads to do so. Also, as a quick reference, the more polish the ball is, the more length you will obtain but you will also increase the backend reaction. On the other hand, the duller the ball is, the earlier it will hook and the backend reaction will get smoother.
Can I request a specific Pin distance/T.W./Mass Bias for my bowling ball?
Yes, you can request a specific Pin distance/T.W./Mass Bias and we will send you the closest one we have. If you must have those specs, notify us with your order that you wish to be contacted if they are not available.
Is there a warranty on my bowling ball?
Yes, bowling balls are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and we respect this warranty just like any pro shop. Please refer to the return policy for more information.

Shipping
We ship with UPS on a daily basis, your paid order should always leave in the following 24 hours or the next working day if purchased over the week-end.
A tracking number will be provided by email to you so that you can track your package. Inside the same email will be a link to explain how to use your tracking number.
Where do we ship?
We can ship worldwide, to the exceptions of APOs, FPOs and Canada for now.
We will ship internationally via UPS daily or via the United States Postal Service once every two weeks. Note that you cannot request your package to be sent as a gift or with a lower value than the actual invoice value.
